Victim sustained multiple fracture,open fracture of left tibia and fibula, limbs immobilized, Iv line set up,patient's vital signs is poor and his restless taken to lasuth surgical emergency . on arrival at lasuth, he started vomitting blood and gasping for breath, Dr on call could not commence CPR because of his broken ribs. Another iv line secured but patient stopped breathing at 10:30 pm. same taken to IDH-MORGUE Yaba.
