Ayomikun Olusola,a 23year old female copper was accompanied to the ambulance by her friend on account of epigastric pain and one episode of vomiting,a known peptic ulcer patient.
On examination,she was conscious and alert, afebrile,nil palor,pain in the epigastric region.
Vital signs recorded: Blood Pressure_ 124/74,Pulse Rate_ 82b/m, Respiratory Rate_ 20c/m,SPO2_ 99%.
Im paracetamol 600mg stat,Im hyoscine 20mg stat were administered with good effect.
She was treated and discharged to her friend in stable condition.
