A case of hit and accident involving a female unknown victim. She was taken to surgical emergency Ikeja where she's yet to be accepted due to exemption form before CT scan could be carried out. The patient is still inside the ambulance as at reporting time awaiting for exemption form from STO at MRC administration block.
